GDPR and Data Protection
The law relating to Data Protection changed on 25th May 2018.
In general terms, the GDPR placed greater emphasis on transparency, accountability and record keeping. Therefore, all academies within KCSP were required to review their procedures to ensure that the highest standards set out in the GDPR were met.
